A collection of refinements in the latest update to Vision Anywhere make it even quicker and easier to view and add to patient records during shared care encounters, home visits and nursing home rounds.
Dynamic Data Entry
Our user experience experts analysed numerous ways to add data, concluding that entering pieces of information in one place is faster and easier than moving between different areas of the screen. This is exactly how the dynamic data entry bar works, which is a fundamental part of the overhauled data entry workflow. Now, conditions, medicines and common observations can be added rapidly to patient records one after the other, straight into the same search box.
Find information within patient records quickly. A single search will find matching information in coded data and free text.
Many of the patient record views including Examinations and Correspondence, Medical History and Lifestyle now have filters so you can restrict the information shown to specific items, such as blood pressure or smoking, making it easier to find the information of interest quickly.
View items linked to problems
It's now easy to see if there are linked items for a problem, and a single click shows you those linked items.
New Common Observations
Common observations are a popular way to add data quickly and accurately. Typing a single character in the dynamic entry bar triggers the relevant form. We've added 6 additional common observation forms:
- Ankle Brachial Pressure
- Weight Loss
- Postural Drop in Blood Pressure
- Jugular Venous Pressure
- Visual Acuity
- Head Circumference
