Vision will be sending a team to the Kent Practice Managers Conference to talk about how Vision can support Primary Care Networks (PCNs).
The conference, on October 2nd in Maidstone, is organised by Invicta Health Community Interest Company (CIC) which has 41 member practices and covers a population of 400,000.
We see the conference as an opportunity to listen to practice managers' issues and explain how Vision can help.
Attending will be:
- Matt Hedges, Vision's Business Development Manager. Matt would like to talk to you about how West Kent CCG is integrating care to improve diabetic care and improve resource utilisation.
- Jean Paul, Vision's Customer Support Manager, can talk to you about how you can share Vision+ templates across your network for consistent care.
We know that Kent is going through a significant change with eight CCGs merging into a single co-commissioner. A single central patient record system is being procured and NICE Primary Care Quality Standards are being adopted to drive new behaviours across the 41 GP practices in the county. We know these changes are causing concern and that they will bring with them even more technology rather than the efficient use of what already exists.
We are here to support all practices through these technology changes, and we would love to have these conversations with you at the conference.
